Why Should I Use The Box Rental Company Boxes?
Our moving boxes are affordable made form a lightweight plastic shaped to the size of cardboard boxes. They are strong, very easy to assemble and water resistant. We also offer more boxes in our package range then what our competitors do.
How Quickly Can We Deliver?
We can deliver within one business days of ordering or same day delivery if you order before 10am.
Where We Deliver
We deliver within Victoria – Melbourne CBD up to a 90km radius.
Delivery & Collection Pricing
Charges include delivery and collection of our empty boxes.
Orders below $50.00 and that are from Melbourne CBD to a 70km radius has a delivery fee of $30.00
Orders above $50.00 and that are from Melbourne CBD to a 70km radius have free delivery.
Orders below $50.00 and that are from a 71km to 90km has a delivery fee of $30.00 and an additional cost of $40.00.

You can select to pick up your boxes from our location to save on the delivery fee, however, you must pick them up and return them to us at our location as per your rental agreement. Please note Porta Robes will not fit in the boot of a car.
How long do I get to keep my boxes for?
When you hire boxes you can keep the boxes for 90 days as part of the hire price. If you need them longer call us to arrange a longer time frame. If you wish to give them back before 90 days, call us and we will come and pick them up.
Will I receive confirmation once my package is ordered?
Yes you will receive your order as well as receipt as confirmation via email
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit card payments over the phone or EFT bank transfer can also be arranged.
How Do I Receive My Boxes?
Your package will be delivered and collected by one of our drivers.
Will I Need To Be Home To Receive My Order?
Yes it is preferred you are at home during the time of delivery although if this is not possible a secure place to drop the boxes off can be arranged.
Can I Collect My boxes?
Yes you can from our location in Moorabbin, operating hours are Weekdays 9am till 4pm. Contact us beforehand so that we can have your order and paperwork ready to go!
You will need either a station wagon, van or truck, anything smaller is not suitable as we give you a lot of boxes!!
Please note, If you do select to pick up from us you will need to return the boxes to our location once your rental period has ended, we can pick them up for you however, there will be a $15 delivery charge (Melbourne CBD to 70km radius)
Can I Hire The Boxes Longer Than The Specified Timeframe?
Most certainly just give us a call or email and we can work out the pricing for you.
Can I Take Boxes Interstate?
Unfortunately no, as we are currently only based in Victoria, our moving boxes must be collected from a Victorian address.
I’ve Run Out Of Boxes?
Call us and we can supply you with a top up of boxes – delivery is extra at $20.00
I’ve Lost Some Boxes?
Any lost boxes will result in loss of your deposit to the value of the boxes missing, the boxes will be charged to you at the value as if brand new.
If the boxes missing are greater than your deposit, we have the right to keep your deposit plus charge you for any additional boxes at the then current replacement cost
I’ve Damaged Some Boxes?
If there are any damaged or non re-useable boxes, it will result in loss of your deposit to the value of the boxes damaged, the boxes will be charged to you at the value as if brand new.
If the boxes damaged are greater than your deposit, we have the right to keep your deposit plus charge you for any additional boxes at the then current replacement cost
I need to cancel my order?
You may cancel an order by calling us before 3 PM Melbourne time (AEST or AESST as applicable), on the day you placed the order only, (not delivery date) but you can be charged an amount to the value of 20% of your order as a cancellation fee, we will refund you the balance.
